It is important that all On Time Commute drivers continue to follow all E-ZPass rules and regulations. As we continue to observe the most recent E-ZPass standards and requirements, I want to emphasize the following key points for all On Time Commute drivers.

All On Time Commute Drivers should use the express lanes ONLY when there are 3 or more persons in the vehicle (for example, a driver and two passengers).

When On Time Commute Drivers have fewer than 2 passengers, please use your personal E-ZPass or travel in the regular lane.

As the driver(s) of vans that have misused the express lanes are identified, the bill for the express lane violations will be sent to the driver(s) in question. All express lane violations will be reviewed each Friday.

If possible, all drivers should have a secondary E-Zpass transponder for use when emergencies occur.
